At District 7, we welcome all fitness levels - YES ALL - to enjoy and attend any class offered. Our instructors are dedicated and trained to ensure you are comfortable on and off the bike and to teach proper positioning and metrics so you get the most out of your ride. We mean it though, any skill and/or fitness level is welcome!

You can find District 7 at 130 Bell Farm Road, inside the Movement HQ in Barrie ON.

Entrance is located on the far left side of the plaza. Please park in the designated spots marked PLAZA or in the general plaza parking areas. If you’re not sure, please ask our Coaches where its best to park.

Cycle shoes and sweat towels are provided for you and included in your pricing (yay!) However, please remember to bring a water bottle to class. You will get thirsty working up a sweat! We also provide a water cooler for fill-ups and refills.

Wear comfortable gym attire that you don’t mind getting sweaty in.

If you’re NEW, give yourself extra time to find us and to ensure proper bike set up. We suggest 10 minutes before class start time.

YES! While we also provide you with bike shoes for every class, we understand if you want to ride with ones you’re already comfortable with.

Compatible shoes must use a SPD 2 screw spin clips. The choice is yours, but all we ask is that they are clean and free of any outside dirt and debris.

Please note our 4-hour class cancellation policy. If you need to cancel please do so more than 4 hours before your scheduled class to avoid penalty.

Cancellations made within the 4-hour window will be charged a $5 Fee.

We understand stuff happens so please reach out in the case of an emergency or special circumstance.

No Show to class without cancellation will result in a $15 fee.

Plans change all the time so don’t get discouraged if your favourite class is full. Put yourself on the waitlist early to ensure a better chance of getting into class. You will be notified by email or text if you make it into class!

Didn’t make it in? Note that our waitlist will CLEAR one hour before the scheduled class so check the schedule often. If there is a LATE CANCELLATION you will need to rebook your bike to attend class.

District 7 is doing what it can to be an inclusive space. We welcome everyone, however they identify, to our studio with open arms and we ask that our fellow community members do the same.

Please treat your fellow community members and coaches with the same respect you would expect for yourself. There is a zero tolerance policy for any kind of abuse to members or coaches.
